Dinner reservations
Contact Don Spencer for dinner reservations for either night The cost is $25.00 per dinner per person. This covers the dinner and other costs such as the hospitality room, snacks, use of pool, baseball field, and shelter house. Beverages are BYOB.
Checks sent ahead of time would be appreciated. You can also make arrangements pay at the door for reservations. Please note cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy
The deadline for refunds for cancellation is Monday September. 20. After that, we have to pay for your dinners whether you are there or not. If you have made a reservation and not sent in a check, you are asked to send a check for the reservations. The committee members will have cover the cost for your reservations if you cancel after the deadline and do not send in a check.
If you have sent in a check and cancel on Monday September 20 or before, we will refund your money to you. We can not refund money for cancellations after Monday September 20

If you would do some things for us, it would be greatly appreciated.
If you would please not smoke in the hospitality room, it would be greatly appreciated. We smokers made a frater ill at the last reunion and rather ruined things for him. We smokers can step out on the balcony.
Please use plastic cups at the pool. Please keep any beer discreetly in a cooler.
At the BBQ on Saturday, please put your beer cans in the plastic bags for them. It against park policy to have alcoholic beverages in the shelter. Please put the any cans or bottles in the designated bags, and they will be taken back to the house. It is the park system's version of don't ask, don't tell.
